OptiSorb Multi-Vitamin can be taken at any time directly from packet, mixed in water or with your favorite beverage.  

OptiSorb Total Protein should be mixed with at least 20ozs. of water or your favorite beverage.    The protein drink should be sipped through out the day.  Do not drink directly from packet.  This protein drink is not a meal replacement.  The Total Protein mix contains 600 milligrams of calcium.

Caution:  Any protein mix and iron supplement should not be taken together as a stomache ache may occur.  This can occur with any brand.  The protein mix and iron supplements should be taken at least an hour apart.

OptiSorb Rapid Disintegration Iron-Mineral Tab - Take 1 or 2 tabs a day with water.  Swallow do not chew.

OptiSorb Super B Complex - Take 3 sprays under the tongue and hold for 20 seconds. Can be used 2 to 3 times a day.  Please use as directed for optimum benefit.

Fast Forward B 12 - Take 3 sprays under the tongue and hold for 20 seconds.  Can be used twice a day.  If you are B 12 deficient this spray can be taken anytime as a pick-me-up.
